Dolphins are required to be at the centre five mornings a week, as this is equivalent to a preparatory year for year 1.  There is a choice between a standard session until 11.30am and an extended session, until 1.30pm.

Starfish have the choice of two, three or five day enrolments, depending on availability.

Registration Fee

PVIS has a one-off registration fee of 10,000 vatu per child when they enrol.  Once this fee has been paid at PVIS Pikininis Early Education Centre the registration will not need to be re-paid upon entry into Year 1.

Bond

A student deposit of 25,000 vatu per student is payable after confirmation of enrolment. This is to secure the place at the centre and this is payable prior to the child commencing at the Centre.  The bond is refundable when the child leaves PVIS. Half a term’s notice in writing of an intended departure must be provided to have this refund. This bond will be transferred when your child begins Year 1.     

Consumables Levy

All students in the school are charged a stationary levy.  For students at Pikininis, this levy is 15,000 vatu per year.  This will be invoiced with your first fees notice. This is for all the craft material and play-dough, paint and paper and other consumables which we use in Pikininis.

Insurance Levy

A levy is charged to all students at PVIS and Pikininis to cover insurance for minor accidents while on the school premises or at a school event away from school.  This will be invoiced each term with your fees notice.

Building Levy Fund

A compulsory payment of 6,000 vatu per term is levied to all students at PVIS and Pikininis.  This will be invoiced each term with your fees notice.
