Registration Fees

A non-refundable registration fee of Vt10,000 is payable to register a student or prospective student. All students must be registered. Payment of a registration fee does not guarantee a place at the school.

Student Deposit

A student deposit of Vt25 000 per child is payable to secure a place at the school.  It is payable prior to the child commencing school.  This is refundable when the child leaves the school.  Five weeks notice in writing of an intended student’s departure is necessary to be eligible for this refund.  If this notice is not given then the deposit is not refundable.  Should a child not be returning the following year notice is required in writing by the middle of Term 4.

Tuition Fees

Term fees are payable at the beginning of each term and are as follows:

Prpe - 7 Vt 99 000 per term

Stationery Levy

This levy is payable either at the beginning of Term 1 or when a student enrols if it is later than the beginning of the year (non-refundable).

Primary (Prep – 7) Vt15 000.

Miscellaneous Fees

Building Levy Vt 6 000 per term

Additional Costs

Term 1 & Term 4 –Swimming & Transport- TBC

Term 2 -Australasian Competitions – Vt3500 – Yr 4 – 7(optional)

School Magazine – Vt 1800

Students who do not have school fees paid by the fourth week of the term will not be permitted to attend classes until payment is made. Should parents have difficulty in making payment of school fees they should contact the Principal of the school at the beginning of the term.

Term Fees payable for less than a whole term

Should a child stay for more than half a term then a full term’s fees are payable.  Should a child stay for less than half a term then Vt57 000 is payable for primary. The minimum stay for a child attending PVIS is one month.
